Job Purpose

Responsible for digital campaigns, analytics, SEO and brand growth.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Market Research & Analysis

  • Research target markets, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and customer behavior patterns
  • Collect and analyze data to support marketing decisions

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
  • Suport product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and business goals

3. Digital Marketing Support

  • Manage or assist with social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid ads
  • Track digital performance metrics (leads, traffic, engagement)
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing assets

4. Content & Brand Management

  • Assist in creating marketing content (brochures, posts, blogs, ads)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Coordinate with vendors for printing, events, and promotions

5. Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Generate and qualify leads through marketing activities
  • Support sales teams with presentations, proposals, and campaigns
  • Track campaign-generated leads and conversion performance

6. Event & Promotion Management

  • Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows
  • Coordinate logistics, branding, and post-event reporting
  • Build relationships with partners, media, and vendors

7. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign results and prepare performance reports
  • Measure ROI and suggest improvements for future campaigns
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and documentation

8. Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, design)
  • Communicate marketing plans and timelines clearly
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives

9. Budget & Resource Management

  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and expenses
  • Optimize resources to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure cost efficiency in vendor negotiations

10. Compliance & Ethics

  • Ensure marketing activities comply with company policies and laws
  • Follow ethical marketing practices and data privacy regulations
  • Protect brand reputation at all times
